Up to five hour response time from a roofing mechanic.

In the event of a leak, roofing inspector will provide a written report of cause of leak.

One roofing inspection per year along with a free gutter cleaning service.
One of the following can be repaired once a year if the need arises (if roofing mechanic notices a more extense repair is needed, a quote will be provided to homeowner):

Broken or loose boot pipe

Up to 3 shingles blown away

1 siding piece blown off

Flashing on chimney or valley
