• Up to five hour response time from a roofing mechanic. 

• In the event of a leak, roofing inspector will provide a written report of cause of leak. 

• One roofing inspection per year along with a free gutter cleaning service. 

One of the following can be repaired once a year if the need arises (if roofing mechanic notices a more extense repair is needed, a quote will be provided to homeowner):

• Broken or loose boot pipe

• Up to 3 shingles blown away

• 1 siding piece blown off

• Flashing on chimney or valley

• Up to three hour response time from a roofing mechanic. 

• Roofing inspector will provide a detailed written

•  assessment of source of leak. 

• One roofing inspection per year along with a free gutter cleaning
